Since returning from Switzerland, I have, along with my husband, been speaking across the globe with groups large and small and with government, business, academic, and philanthropic leaders about what we can learn from the Swiss system of apprenticeship. The quality, equity and dignity inherent in the Swiss system can open up more paths to success for both our citizens and our businesses and is more applicable and palatable to the United States than any other.
