Seven-digit-budgeted project incorporated Agile methodologies and launched use case in 12/2016. • Led Human-Centered Design effort in reimagining UW HELP to enable the student application process and support. Engaged IDEO to create a completely new concept featuring a mobile app as well as redesigned interface and process flows. • Established and continuing to advance new extended transcript (eT) technology. • Enabled awarding and administration of direct financial aid for the first time while also creating a platform to support student lifecycle for other UW campuses.
