Anne Jones’ career spanned thirty years as CEO of Jones Consulting Group, Inc., an organizational and strategic planning consulting firm providing services for Fortune 500 companies since 1979. Prior to 1979, Anne served in various sales and product development capacities with IBM from 1968 to 1979. Since 1980, Anne has served on a number of for-profit and non-profit boards. Her for-profit work includes serving on the board of Christopher & Banks, a specialty women’s apparel company, since 2000. She has served as Chair of the Compensation and Governance committees. Anne has also served as a board member of Signal Bank Red Wing from 1992-2001. From 1986-2008, Anne served on several healthcare boards, including her chair role for Fairview Red Wing Health Services in 2002. While serving on the United Way board she served as chair of the annual fundraiser and chair of the board. Her work in the human services area includes chairing Opportunity Services, a service for disabled children and adults. Anne has served on the Jones Family Foundation board since 1988. |
