Notes Mike Baker is Director of Community Change at United Way of Greater Cincinnati and provides leadership to a portfolio of over $21 million in philanthropic investments to nearly 100 community nonprofits. He led the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Social Innovation Fund, a $5.5 million public/private partnership, that provided growth funding to high impact organizations working in education and financial stability services.
