Goods Community Center for Education Results We support the Community Center for Education Results (CCER) to lead the Road Map Project in South Seattle and South King County, a community-driven effort to keep students on track, both in and out of school. The Road Map region is home to seven school districts educating over 127,000 students—that’s nearly half of all students in King County, and over half of those students are living in poverty. Our investments in the Road Map Project started in 2010 with a simple idea: no single program, organization, or institution can bring about large-scale social change on their own. In 2017, we started investing more in younger students from preschool through 5th grade in the Road Map region. Across these early grades, we are encouraging more confident math instruction and promoting positive social-emotional skills, while taking into account the cultural context of each school and neighborhood.
