Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
From the launch of their Education Programs Division in 1999 until 2008, Tony served as Senior Advisor to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He consulted to the foundation in the development of their original business plan, reviewed foundation strategies and proposals, created and supervised a network of district “coaches,” and provided direct technical assistance to foundation grantees. His current title at the foundation is Senior Fellow, and he continues to work with the Education Program Director and Program Officers in a number of capacities. |
