MindLab is a cross-public sector unit for user-centred and design-driven innovation. MindLab is part of the Ministry of Business and Growth, the Ministry Education, the Ministry of Employment and the municipality of Odense. MindLab involves citizens and businesses directly in the development of new public policy and services. MindLab conducts innovation projects and provides new insights through the use of competenties in anthropology, social science, policy development and design thinking and uses the gained insights to push change in our partner-organisations. MindLab experiments to find new forms of creating and producing public sector solutions and alternative forms of governance.
From 2010 my function as a Deputy Director was a combination of long-term strategy development and day-to-day management and support of MindLab employees. This included innovation management, recruitment and resource management and servicing MindLabs partners and Board |
