Brad is one of four principals at Development Strategies and directs the firm’s work in market analysis, feasibility studies, and commercial real estate appraisal. He joined the firm in 1991 upon graduating from Washington University with an undergraduate degree in architecture and an MBA. He maintains professional memberships in the Urban Land Institute and the Appraisal Institute, where he holds the designation ‘Member of the Appraisal Institute’ (MAI). Brad is a board member of Habitat for Humanity and the Missouri Growth Association, and has been on the board of directors for the St. Louis chapter of the Appraisal Institute. |
