Abrams Fensterman Opens Brooklyn Office

Abrams Fensterman has now expanded into Kings County. Our new Brooklyn office will be headed by two new partners of the firm - - the Honorable Frank R. Seddio and Frank V. Carone, Esq.
Judge Seddio is a lifelong Brooklyn resident and has been actively involved in the Canarsie community for over 40 years. He recently retired as the Judge of the Surrogate Court of Kings County. In this capacity, he presided over the estates of Brooklyn residents and was responsible for a myriad of changes in court policies and procedures to better adapt it to the needs of contemporary society. Judge Seddio also served in the New York State Assembly from 1998 to 2005, representing the 59 th Assembly District in southeast Brooklyn. |
