Mr. Zeman has served as a director since October 2002. Mr. Zeman has been chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Holdings Limited, a company engaged in property investment and development, since July 1996. Mr. Zeman is also chairman of Ocean Park, a major theme park in Hong Kong, as well as the Chairman of Sweetpea Entertainment Inc. a movie production company based in Los Angeles. In 2001, he was appointed a Justice of the Peace in Hong Kong and, in 2004, he was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong.
