Rhea Chung

For seven years, Dr. Chung has been with Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. As the executive director of foundation, she is responsible for marketing, branding, performing administrative duties for educational programs, and raising funds through federal, government and outreach programs for the department and college. She previously worked as an adjunct professor at the Rossier School of Education at The University of Southern California. Dr. Chung received her Ph.D. in Education in 2008, her Master of Education in 2006, and her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1994, from The University of Southern California. She is a member of the Council of Advancement of Student Affairs, of The Foundation for California Community Colleges, as well as the Professional Student Affairs Committee.
