Ross F. Moskowitz focuses on real estate development with an emphasis on land use, zoning, public-private partnerships, environmental and tax abatement and exemption issues. His practice also focuses on structuring multi-faceted projects involving public-private development and financing arrangements. Mr. Moskowitz joined Stroock's Real Estate Practice Group in 1998 from the New York City Economic Development Corporation where he was Executive Vice President. As the city's lead negotiator for business retention transactions, he was responsible for over 40 business incentive retention transactions, involving such companies as Paine Webber, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and the Travelers Group. Mr. Moskowitz also served as Executive Director of the New York City Industrial Development Agency where he supervised the issuance of over $1 billion in tax-exempt and taxable bonds.
