Andrew Rappaport

Andy, a technophile who grew up in New York and attended Princeton University, founded a strategic consulting firm in Boston in 1984 and has been involved in more than a dozen venture capital startups, including chip designers Transmeta and MMC Networks. When he joined August Capital in 1996, the couple moved to Silicon Valley, where he has continued to be involved in startups.
