Annette E Wilson

Annette E. Wilson Joined Palamon in 1999 as the Firm’s founding Chief Financial Officer and held this position until 2005, when the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations roles were separated. Before joining Palamon, Mrs Wilson built up extensive general and financial management experience through a corporate business career principally at Sedgwick Group plc (now part of Marsh McLennan Inc) and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a BCom (Honours) degree and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. Mrs Wilson serves on the Council of the British Venture Capital Association and is Chairman of its Investor Relations Committee.
