Mr. Downie has over 13 years of investment experience and joined the Firm in 2000. Mr. Downie's primary responsibility is deal sourcing, execution and monitoring of the Firm's energy investments.Mr. Downie serves as a director of BlackBrush Oil & Gas, TexStar Midstream Services, TriDimension Energy and Ziplocal.Prior to joining HM Capital Partners, Mr. Downie was an Associate with Rice, Sangalis Toole and Wilson, a mezzanine private equity firm. Prior to Rice, Sangalis Toole and Wilson, Mr. Downie was an analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.Mr. Downie recevied both his BBA and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
