Geng Jianming

Chairman of RiseSun Enterprise, a real estate developer headquartered in Langfang in Hebei Province. Geng holds an EMBA from Nanyang Technological University and is studying for a Ph.D. in economics at Wuhan University of Technology. Shares in RiseSun have had a double-digit gain in the past year despite a government effort to brake real estate prices that has hurt other developers' shares. Investors took heart after Geng added to his own stake, boosting his stock price.
