Mr. Braman graduated from Grinnell College in 1975 with a B.A. in biology. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Denver and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. He resides in San Francisco, California where he is a senior partner at Pantheon Ventures Inc., a well-known investment management company specializing in private equity fund investment. Mr. Braman is responsible for Pantheon's investment strategy and asset allocation. He also has overall responsibility for investment processes in both primary and secondary investments and is chairman of Pantheon's International Investment Committee. Pantheon became a subsidiary of the Russell Investment Group in 2004. Before joining Pantheon, he was a manager at U S WEST Inc., where he developed and managed their private equity investment program. Mr. Braman's spouse, Charlotte Read, graduated from Grinnell College in 1975 with a B.A. in anthropology, and also earned an M.A. from Denver University's School of International Relations.
