Mr. Lambert was a founding member of Rockland Capital in 2003, has been its Vice President since inception and is on Rockland's Investment Committee. He is located in Rockland's New York office and is responsible for sourcing acquisitions and for coordinating the legal affairs of Rockland and its portfolio companies. Mr. Lambert brings a private equity career spanning 40 years with investment experience in both the real estate and electric power industries. Prior to joining Rockland, Mr. Lambert developed the 1,000 MW gas-fired power plant in Astoria (Queens), New York and he restructured the Project Orange plant with a debt financing and a monetization of the power sales and gas supply agreements. Previously, Mr. Lambert was Chairman of Interactive Properties Corp. for 25 years, during which his career encompassed virtually every aspect of real estate including ownership of major commercial properties, real estate financing, acquisitions, sales and sale-leasebacks. Mr. Lambert attended Columbia University.
