Kevin C. Gallagher has been vice president and corporate secretary since 2001. He oversees the broad range of corporate governance activities for the company and its publicly traded subsidiary, U.S. Cellular. Before joining TDS, Gallagher served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of 360 Communications Company. Prior to that, he was vice president and general counsel of Sprint Cellular Company and its predecessor Centel Cellular Company. Before joining Centel, Gallagher practiced law with Ross and Hardies LLP. Gallagher received a JD and BA from the University of Notre Dame.
