Steve Block

has over 25 years of experience in a wide array of corporate and securities work. He has significant experience in working with emerging growth and middle market companies, counseling them through their corporate life cycle from organization, financings, acquisitions, and ultimately an exit involving a liquidity event. Steve has worked extensively in many industries including banking, health care, retail, ethanol and technology. Steve was previously a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and most recently served as the National Practice Group Leader for the Corporate Practice Group and served as a principal at Fish & Richardson P.C.
