R Michael Strickland

Mr. Strickland is managing director of Northern Trust Bank in Palm Beach. He was previously chairman, CEO, and president of the Barnett Bank of Palm Beach County. He received a BA and an MBA from Rollins College, graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University and also completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School. Currently, Mr. Strickland is a trustee of Rollins College in Winter Park, the Elizabeth Morse Genius Foundation, Inc., and the Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Foundation, and a director with the Palm Beach County Black Business Investment Corporation.
