S Leslie Ireland

Ireland is the former Assistant Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis, U.S. Department of the Treasury, and National Intelligence Manager for Threat Finance, Office of the Director of National Intelligence. She was the President's Daily Intelligence Briefer from 2008 to 2010, and the first Iran Mission Manager from 2005 to 2008, overseeing the intelligence process on Iran for the entire US government. During her career, she also served for 20 years at the CIA, including her role as Executive Assistant to the Director and Deputy Director of Central Intelligence.
