Richard Boughrum

Chief Financial Officer of Norse Energy Corp, born 1950. Mr. Boughrum has extensive capital markets experience with more than 20 years of investment banking experience, primarily in the energy sector with Goldman Sachs in New York. He has been the CFO of a public energy marketing company and a private multi-national telecom marketing company before joining Norse Energy in the US. Mr. Boughrum has a BS in Journalism and an MS in Communications from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois. Mr. Boughrum is a citizen of the United States and is planning to relocate from North Carolina.
