Thorn is president, CEO and a board member of Big Lots Inc. since 2018. Previously, he was president and COO of Tailored Brands, the parent company of Men's Wearhouse, Joseph A. Bank, and Joseph Abboud brands. He served as EVP of store operations, services and supply chain at PetSmart and chief operating officer of LESCO until its merger with John Deere.
