Former chief brand officer for Mattel; formerly with General Mills
Chugg was chief brand officer of Mattel Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Previously, she was at General Mills from 1996 to 2014, where she held a series of senior positions, most recently president of its Pillsbury USA division. She currently serves on the board of the VF Corporation.
