Thomas R Winkel

Tom Winkel was named vice president and secretary in February 2005. Mr. Winkel serves as secretary to the Board of Directors. Mr. Winkel began his career with Stryker in October 1978. He served as assistant controller/secretary until 1979 and then became vice president/controller/secretary in 1980 and held that position for seven years. He was then named vice president, administration. Mr. Winkel also served as vice president and president, Americas Middle East, until 1998, when he was again appointed vice president, administration, which he served as until August 2007. Mr. Winkel holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University Honors College and participated in the Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan.
