Joined our board of directors in July 2004 immediately following the company’s initial public offering. Mr. Chalker currently serves as a director of PBI/Gordon Corporation, an employee-owned manufacturer of pesticides and professional turf and agricultural products, and Decorize, Inc., a manufacturer of home furnishings and accessories that trades on the OTC Bulletin Board. Mr. Chalker retired in 2004 as Division Vice President, Tax and Customs, of Hallmark Cards after eight years of service. Mr. Chalker also spent 32 years at Ernst & Young LLP, including 19 years as a partner specializing in taxation. He holds a degree in industrial administration from Yale University and a law degree from DePaul University.
