Avery Chumbley

Chumbley: I have been with Wailuku Water Company LLC since its formation in 2005. For 23 years before that, I was with companies affiliated with the companies that owned the land and distribution system now owned by Wailuku Water Company. I’ve had a total of 38 years’ experience with the water distribution system. There was no sale of the land and water distribution system to Wailuku Water Company. Rather the land and water distribution system were transferred to Wailuku Water Company as a part of the dissolution of the affiliated companies.
