Shirley Whitlock

Shirley Whitlock, was a prominent conservative voice on social issues for decades. Whitlock was the president of the Arizona Eagle Forum, an offshoot of Phyllis Schlafly's national organization that opposed the Equal Rights Amendment. Andy Biggs and DeWayne Farnsworth married two of Shirley Whitlock's daughters.
