Raymond Lambert

Raymond E. Lambert (1931–2022) was a Christian minister and former commissioner on the Torrance Library Commission, where he served in an advisory capacity on library and community matters. Over a decades-long ministry, he served congregations in California and other states and was most recently an associate minister at Manhattan Beach Community Church. Lambert was also active in local arts and cultural life, including church choirs and a regional chorale, and authored poetry and autobiographical works, reflecting a civic profile rooted in faith, culture, and public service.
