He was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of 99¢ Stuff, LLC from 1999 to 2003. In January 2007, 99¢ Stuff, Inc. filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code and in October 2007 99¢ Stuff, Inc. emerged from bankruptcy.
