David Bell

Prior to joining C|T Group, David spent a decade as CEO of the Australian Bankers’ Association, a role which saw him at the centre of efforts to steer Australia’s banking sector during the Global Financial Crisis. He has also managed corporate affairs with Westpac, IAG and Telstra, and has held senior roles at Ogilvy, and with the New South Wales Government. He has served on the Council of the regulator, the Medical Council of NSW, and was until recently an independent director of RSL NSW, the peak advocate group for veterans. David has also worked with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), and started his career as an infantry officer in the Australian Army. Most recently David was CEO of the Actuaries Institute, the professional body representing Australia’s actuarial profession.
