Victor Loo

A leading mortgage professional with over 15 years experience in the banking industry. He has held various executive positions in production and operations at top mortgage firms. Before starting in the mortgage industry, Mr. Loo was a Federal Investigator at the FDA, in charge of regulatory law and compliance for the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) and the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). Mr. Loo leads by example and has the ability to create opportunities and develop competitive edge aspects in any business he has created. His vision goes against the grain of traditional business development, in turn creates a viral platform for vertical expansion. His experiences with many platforms have thought him that success is derived through unity of many with one common goal. He earned a dual Bachelor’s degree in History and Biology at the University of California, Irvine.
