Frank W Rudolph

rank W. Rudolph, 51, was elected to the position of executive vice president, Human Resources, in 2007. In the seven years prior to joining Devon, Rudolph was vice president Human Resources for Banta Corporation, an international printing and supply chain management company with 9,000 employees. His career in human resources began at R. R. Donnelly & Sons and spans more than 25 years. Rudolph has also held human resources management positions at SANWA-Overhead Door Corp., US West Communications, Clark Refining and Marketing, Inc., James River Corporation and Tenneco Packaging. Rudolph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in administration from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in industrial relations and management from Loyola University.
