His career in human resources began at R. R. Donnelly & Sons and spans more than 25 years. Rudolph has also held human resources management positions at SANWA-Overhead Door Corp., US West Communications, Clark Refining and Marketing, Inc., James River Corporation and Tenneco Packaging. Rudolph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in administration from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in industrial relations and management from Loyola University.
