Mark Gallogly

Mr. Mark T. Gallogly is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Centerbridge Partners L.P. He is also a Member of the limited liability company which acts as the General Partner of BCP CommNet LP. Previously, Mr. Gallogly served in the same capacity at Blackstone CCC Capital Partners LP and its affiliates. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity group at The Blackstone Group from 1994 to 2005. In this capacity, Mr. Gallogly led Blackstone�s ... communications and media investment efforts. Additionally, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Management Committee, and Member of the Executive Committee at Blackstone Communication Advisors. Mr. Gallogly joined the firm in 1989 and was responsible for and involved in the execution of nearly all of Blackstone�s communications and media investments. Specific investments included: Bresnan Communications, Centennial Communications, CommNet Cellular, FiberNet, InterMedia Partners VI, iPCS, Iusacell, Knology, LiveWire, PaeTec, People�s Choice TV, Sirius Satellite Radio, TWFanch-one, TWFanch-two, Utilicom Networks, US Radio, and Universo Online. Prior to joining Blackstone, he was employed at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company for nearly ten years and was a member of the Acquisition Finance Group. Mr. Gallogly serves as an Investor Director at Freedom Communications, Inc. and also serves on the Economic Recovery Advisory Board. He serves as a Director at Centennial Communications Corp. since January 7, 1999, Dana Holding Corp., and Commnet Cellular Inc. since February 1998, where Mr. Gallogly was a Member of the Compensation Committee. He received an M.B.A. from Columbia University, graduated, with honors, from the University of Notre Dame, and attended Sophia University in Tokyo.
