Joseph E Reece

Reece founded the merchant bank, Helena Capital, in 2015. From 2017 to 2018, he served as executive vice chairman and head of the investment Bank for the Americas of UBS Securities LLC. Previously, he worked at Credit Suisse from 1997 to 2015, most recently as global head of equity capital markets and global head of basic materials and infrastructure.
