Sugranes founded Iberia Tiles of Miami in 1979 and served as its chairman and CEO until its sale in 2012. For 30 years she has served on the board of the Rosa Gres Group of Barcelona, Spain, a manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tiles and construction materials. From 2006 through 2017, whe was a director for Sabadell United Bank in Miami.
