Jonathan Morgan

Jonathan joined Morgan Properties in 2009 after a stint at private equity titan Apollo’s real estate arm, launched Morgan Properties’ joint venture division in 2011, going on to partner with Saudi investment firm Olayan on a $1.8 billion acquisition of more than 14,000 units in 2021. He’s also spearheaded a nearly $7 billion spending spree that’s added tens of thousands of units to the company’s portfolio.
