Danielle is experienced in managing unconventional mixed-finance transactions involving Tax Incremental Financing (TIF), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC), HUD financing, and bond financing.
