Samih Elhage

Mr. Samih Elhage served as Advisor of Nokia Corporation since April 1, 2017 until May 31, 2017. Mr. Elhage served as President of Mobile Networks at Nokia Corporation since December 2, 2015 until April 1, 2017 and served as its Chief Financial & Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Networks since May 1, 2014. Mr. Elhage has been a Member of Leader Ship Team at Nokia Group since May 1,2014. He served as a Member of the Executive Board of Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy; and Nokia Solutions and Networks B.V. He served as an Executive Board Member of Nokia Networks. Mr. Elhage served as the Chief Operating Officer of Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy since March 2012 and its Chief Financial Officer since February 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nokia Solutions and Networks B.V. since February 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nokia Networks (formerly Nokia Siemens Networks B.V). He served as Senior Advisor, leading private equity and global management consulting firms from January 2011 to March 2012. He has 24 years experience in the telecoms industry. He has deep experience in financial and operational management. He has substantial experience in building high performing organizations, leading business transformations and establishing operational excellence in various global markets. Mr. Elhage joined Nokia Siemens Networks in March 2012, He served as an Acting Head of Global Services at Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy. He served as the President and General Manager of Carrier VoIP & Application Solutions of Nortel Networks Corporation and Nortel Networks Ltd. since January 1, 2009. He served as Vice-President and General Manager, Carrier VoIP and Applications Solutions from July 2008 to December 2008. From June 2007 to July 2008, he served as Vice President of Corporate Business Operations, following several senior roles with Nortel Networks Corp’s Business Transformation, Enterprise, Metro Optical, Optical Ethernet, Core Data Networks and Broadband Networks business units from 2008 to 2010. Prior to joining Nortel in 1998, Mr. Elhage held several senior management positions with Bell Canada related to strategy, architecture and the introduction of new technologies in BCE networks from 1990 to 1998. He has worked as Senior Advisor to leading private equity and global management consulting firms, focusing on investments and improving the operating performance of companies in the telecommunications sector. He serves as a Director of QuickPlay Media Inc. He has been a Non Independent Director of Alcatel-Lucent since January 8, 2016.
