For nearly 10 years, Mr. Neihardt has been instrumental in the development of federal and national telecommunications policies and legislation in both the government and private sectors. Before joining Qualcomm, Mr. Neihardt served as the director for congressional affairs at the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA). Prior to his position at CTIA, Mr. Neihardt served as the budgetary and policy oversight official for the federal telecommunications agencies at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget in Washington, D.C. Mr. Neihardt holds masters degrees in public policy and business administration from the University of Michigan and the George Washington University, respectively.
