Brian F. Addy is a private investor and entrepreneur. He is currently President of Ad-Venture Capital Management, LLC, a financial services consulting company and Chairman of BARK Properties LLC, a commercial real estate investment company. Prior thereto, Mr. Addy was co-founder of Focal Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FCOM), a Chicago based telecommunications company and a member of the original management team of Prologis Trust (NYSE: PLD), an international REIT focused on industrial real estate. Mr. Addy began his professional career with Centel Corporation (acquired by Sprint in 1993), where he held various sales and management positions, culminating with start up responsibility for a cellular network in New Mexico. In addition to Hudson, Mr. Addy serves on the Board of the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University. Mr. Addy is also on the Chicago Chapter Boards of Junior Achievement and the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis. Mr. Addy earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Duke University
