Mr. Entin joined the firm in 2005, and is a shareholder specializing in litigation. He has significant experience as a trial lawyer, has successfully argued appeals, and has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, and in front of a variety of federal, state and local agencies. His practice consists of representing clients in a wide variety of general litigation matters, including, cases brought under the Federal False Claims Act, state False Claims Acts, consumer protection laws, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, federal and state wage and hour laws, and general contract disputes.
