Scott M. Pinsonnault, age 43, has served on the Board since April 2014. Mr. Pinsonnault is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of operating and financial experience, specifically in the energy, oil and gas, and related industries. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Cubic Energy, Inc., a publicly traded independent upstream oil and gas company, since April 2014. Mr. Pinsonnault served as a consultant to oil and gas companies for 5 years with Deloitte Financial Advisory Service and Bridge Associates. For 10 years he financed oil and gas companies first with GE Energy Financial Services, then with American Capital and UniCredit Bank AG. He began his career and spent 5 years as a geoscientist with Texaco Exploration and Production. He holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Geology and an M.B.A. in finance and management.
