Mr. Randy J. Cleveland has been President of XTO Energy Inc., at Exxon Mobil Corporation since June 01, 2013. Randy previously served as XTO’s executive vice president. He had been XTO’s vice president of integration after leading the merger between ExxonMobil and XTO in 2010. In 2009, he became the planning and commercial manager for ExxonMobil Production Co. Randy held positions in Houston as production manager for U.S. Production; in London as joint interest manager for the U.K. and the Netherlands; in Aberdeen, Scotland, as operations manager; and in New Orleans as operations technical manager. Randy also worked as an onshore U.S. operations superintendent and business development manager for Exxon Pipeline Co. Randy joined Exxon Company, U.S.A. in New Orleans in 1984, where he held a variety of technical and planning assignments for the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Coast region. Randy is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He serves as a member of the API Market Development committee, the Board of Trustees for Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation, and the Advisory Board for the Fort Worth area Habitat for Humanity. Randy has a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from Mississippi State University. He is a member of the Mississippi State Engineering Advisory Council, and in 2015 was named a member of the Mississippi State University Foundation Board.
