Eugene Driker

Eugene is a founding member of BSD&D and a lifelong resident of the City of Detroit. He specializes in complex business and antitrust litigation and in corporate and business counseling. Eugene was appointed as a Special Mediator in the City of Detroit bankruptcy by Chief Judge Gerald E. Rosen of the Eastern District of Michigan. He is also a member of the Wayne State University Board of Governors. Eugene received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University, graduated first in his class from Wayne State University Law School, and received a Master of Laws degree from The George Washington University Law School.
