Sarah Green

Sarah Green is a senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in English at Southern Connecticut State University and upon graduation, will receive certification to teach secondary English in the state of Connecticut. She will then be continuing her studies in one of the graduate English programs at Southern. Sarah is currently the Vice President of the undergraduate Student Government Association at SCSU and has served as the President of Sigma Tau Delta (Southern's English Honors Society), as Vice President of the Sigma Alpha Pi chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and as a Senior Orientation Ambassador helping to plan and coordinate the summer New Student Orientation sessions. Born and raised in West Haven, Connecticut, Sarah has commuted to Southern throughout her academic career and has volunteered and worked both on- and off-campus in the Greater New Haven area.
