Michelle Witter is an associate in the Firm's Denver, Colorado, office working in the Occupational Safety and Health Practice Group. Her practice focuses on occupational safety and health and related civil, criminal and administrative litigation. Ms. Witter also has experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, public utility work and labor and employment law. In addition, Ms. Witter is a former civil rights investigator with the Idaho Human Rights Commission where she investigated claims of employment and housing discrimination. Ms. Witter graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2008. While at the University of Colorado, she was an associate editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and the recipient of the Thomas and Claire Brown Scholarship. Prior to attending law school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Oregon University. Ms. Witter is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. She is admitted to the United States District Court, District of Colorado. As well, she is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Defense Lawyer's Association.
