Patricia Hanback, a Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President based in the firm’s One Dulles office in Herndon, Virginia, is a senior leader in the firm’s Security business. A recognized Intelligence Community (IC) expert, Ms. Hanback provides mission operations and analytics support to clients within Booz Allen’s Security Market, including supporting the Central Intelligence Agency and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Ms. Hanback and her team focus on assignments in areas that include: IC analysis and operations support IC integration, program planning and support National security mission integration Language-enabled services Ms. Hanback’s extensive experience in both the executive and legislative branches of the federal government includes leading large-scale capability transformations and management initiatives within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO); and leading oversight initiatives for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, with recognized expertise in operations support, resource management, policy, strategic planning and oversight. During her career at Booz Allen, Ms. Hanback also served as a member of the Highland School Board of Trustees, and as a member of the Supervisory Committee of the Northwest Federal Credit Union. In 2007, Ms. Hanback was named a Booz Allen Diversity Star for consistently modeling diversity best practices while improving the overall climate and management within the firm. Ms. Hanback has been at Booz Allen for nearly eight years, joining the firm in January, 2006. Prior to that, she worked in the federal government for more than 20 years as a senior leader in the Intelligence Community, and as a senior staff member for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, where she supported the Committee’s oversight and legislative efforts to strengthen and improve our national security capabilities. Ms. Hanback has a B.S. degree in accounting from Carson Newman College, and an M.B.A. degree from Marymount University.
