Bob Noonan, a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, focuses on the firm’s military intelligence business within the services, combatant commands, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). He also oversees all Army intelligence issues and related acquisition programs. With 35 years of active duty experience in key Army and Joint Staff leadership and management positions, Mr. Noonan supports Booz Allen engagements by leveraging his expertise in: Military intelligence domains Strategic and operational planning and strategic transformation Program planning and management Systems and operational architecture implementation and validation His core professional strengths involve: Facilitating operations within large organizations Developing and realizing organizational strategies Applying organization-wide strategic campaign planning, leadership, and actions to meet objectives Mr. Noonan has provided program management for Booz Allen US military and intelligence clients to ensure project objectives are met, cross-functional personnel are aligned, risks are mitigated, and project scope and client relationships are managed. Mr. Noonan is a retired Lieutenant General. Before joining the firm, he served as US Army Deputy Chief of Staff (G2), Intelligence; as the Commanding General for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM); and as Director of Intelligence (J2), U.S. Central Command. Mr. Noonan holds an M.B.A. degree from Western New England College and a B.A. in government and international relations from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a graduate of the US Army War College.
